  1. I’m disabled since 2003,getting cpp and workers comp, deemed capable of earning minimum wage. I got opportunity for a job had to get class 1,Woo hoow I did it,barely can walk but did it, call the company,no job. So I decided to apply at other places, application says have you ever had a work related injury, wcb and what have you done last 10 yrs. Ah yeah so I right it down and I have an interview, she said you a presently on wcb,red light, never even returned call.So I ask cpp worker what do I do about injury (cpp workers comp) on applications, simple they say don’t divulge any information you don’t have to. Wcb claims Manager says that’s easy privacy act,she can’t tell anyone I am on wcb, really.I am probably going to get cut of now.
