As part of this conference, short lectures and video clips will allow participants to begin thinking about sexuality in the context of chronic pain and how their own condition can affect their experience of their sexuality. Interactive surveys and a period of informal discussions will allow participants to share their questions, topics of interest and help identify possible solutions for the issues that may arise. Presenter: Mr. Louis-Pierre Auger is an occupational therapist and has more than five years of experience in intensive functional rehabilitation with a clientele with neurological disorders, particularly stroke. He completed a master’s and a doctorate in rehabilitation sciences at the University of Montreal and focuses his research interests on sexuality, disability and rehabilitation.
